SONOTRODES AND WELDING JIGS

Designing and manufacturing of ultrasonic welding tools takes up most of our production activity. Every day we design files from CAD drawings applicable for 3D processing. We test the finished product and check it in our laboratory. If necessary, we take part in product design as well, where at the very early stage we can take into account the welding requirements.

MANUFACTURING OF WELDING JIGS AND SONOTRODES

3D shapes, requiring precision, are processed on CNC machines according to modern requirements. Sonotrodes are individual products requiring constant control. The choice of correct raw material and thorough processing at all stages of production guarantee maximal life span of products.

TESTING OF JIGS AND SONOTRODES

Considering the nature of ultrasonic welding solutions, acoustic characteristics of sonotrodes must be tested to guarantee the product working capacity. Different measuring devices and qualified personnel guarantee flawless production chain. The quality of product must be the highest to correspond to industrial requirements.
