First-class ultrasonic welding technology

Founded in Lahti in 1990, Ritmacon specialises in ultrasonic welding and its various applications. In addition to our own expert staff, we draw on our broad subcontracting network to increase capacity increase capacity. The company operates in Finland. Our areas of expertise are ultrasonic welding, cutting and sealing, and in particular the tool design and manufacturing related to them. We also offer contract manufacturing, which is often the most suitable solution to capacity problems. We can manufacture both pre-production series and larger delivery batches. We are also an importer of equipment made by Rinco Ultrasonics, a Swiss company.

Our company was transferred by acquisition in 2019 to Enekos, a manufacturer of machinery and automation solutions. The acquisition strengthened the already-longstanding collaboration between the two companies, and together we can provide the optimal customised ultrasonic technology-based automation solutions. All of Ritmacon’s operations were transferred in late 2022 to the same premises as Enekos in Heinola.

In 2023, the company expanded from ultrasonic welding to static electricity management, as Ritmacon was awarded a resale contract for Hildebrand Technology, a Swiss company.
