Static electricity management

Static electricity causes a wide range of problems in almost every industry with examples such as dust adhesion, fire safety, unwanted material reactions, and occupational safety. Static electricity management is used to monitor, collect data, remove charge, and in some cases load the charge into the material.

We import and resell equipment from the Swiss company Hildebrand Technology. Founded in 1995 and part of Gema Group, Hildebrand Technology specialises in static electricity management and dust removal. Hildebrand Technology manufactures equipment for dust removal and static electricity management, and is constantly developing its products and processes.

How does static charge removal work?

The removal of a static charge is based on the sending of ions to a surface with a charge and works to remove charge from both track-like and body-like products. Monitoring and data collection provide traceability for products and enable timely detection of problems due to static charge.
