Sonotrode design and manufacture

Ritmacon designs and manufactures both the sonotrodes and the jigs needed for ultrasonic welding in accordance with each customer’s products. Tool design and manufacturing play a significant role in our business. The finished products are tested and verified in our laboratory. We can also participate in the product design phase, ensuring that welding requirements can be taken into account as early as possible.
